Tree of Life Ministries is Christian non-profit that works with local churches and the wider community to impact the poor and needy. Each week, they provide a free dinner at the Sterling Community Center. Grace Hill is partnering with TOL to provide food and volunteers to serve dinner for their August 5th community dinner.

“In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity.” – Sun Tzu, The Art of War. And few things embody chaos better than a group of grown men flipping tables, accusing each other of hoarding wheat, or witnessing more backroom deals in one round of monopoly than the entire Congressional caucus did to resolve the 2008 financial crisis. Join us for a night of strategic warfare disguised as board games—where every dice roll is dramatic, every trade deal is suspect, and alliances crumble faster than your resolve when your wife asks you to tackle a new home project during her luteal phase. Come for the competition, stay for the snacks, and maybe, just maybe, leave with new community (or at least a well-earned grudge).
RSVP here.

Join us for our Family Meal on August 24th from 5-7pm tentatively scheduled to take place at Cedar Run Community Church. We will be presenting the proposed budget for FY25-26 and giving plenty of time for questions.

A few of the newest changes you will see are:
Church Directory — if you missed your directory invite, email Dani to request another invitation.
Sunday Morning Service Teams — use the chat feature to find swaps or substitutions or ask questions about upcoming services.
Sign-ups — see and register for upcoming church-wide events.
You can download the church center app here.
