Dani Young

Dani came to know Jesus as a child and continues to grow closer to Him, grateful for the ways He works through His church and its people. She has served as the Operations Director at Grace Hill since 2024, overseeing finances, operations, and volunteer care. Her background includes network engineering and five years of homeschooling. One of her favorite parts of ministry is seeing the quiet, faithful ways people serve, love one another, and grow together. She loves that Grace Hill is a welcoming community where people can be themselves and where it's safe to be “in progress.”

Dani and her husband, Patrick, have called Northern Virginia home for over 15 years and have three children. Outside of church, she coaches CrossFit part-time, loves a good book, and is always happy to grab a cup of coffee!
