Steve Matson

Originally from Chicago and Wisconsin, Steve was raised in a faithful Swedish-American family with strong Midwestern roots. He and his wife, Kathy, have been married for over 40 years and have shared a life of family and ministry together. They have three grown children and six growing grandchildren!

Professionally, he spent his career in global management consulting, working in Chicago, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Washington, D.C. He holds a graduate degree from North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago and completed the Western Classical Studies program at the University of Chicago.

As a founding member of Grace Hill Church, he considers it a blessing to have been part of the church's story from the very beginning.
